报告摘要:
原始设备制造商正逐步转向产品即服务战略。其维护责任应确保设备在客户现场的高效运行。由于维护决策本质上依赖于产品的故障时间,而故障时间又受到使用模式的影响,因此,差异化维护可能减少故障和维护成本,但同时需要识别具有混合故障信息的客户群体的方法。因此,本研究提出了一种模型和算法,通过分析混合威布尔分布中的高阶矩来推导参数,从而探索潜在的客户群体。在没有单一群体主导、故障率增加且数值较大或停机成本显著时,区分混合客户群体的优势尤为明显。通过使用案例公司中的真实数据,我们识别出具有此潜力的产品。此外,当双峰系数处于中等或较高水平,并且两种尺度因子的比例较高时,分布中呈现出双峰趋势,区分客户群体变得至关重要。我们提出的模型和算法通过观察数据及其矩,帮助实现这些条件。研究结果为在产品即服务环境中提升维护绩效提供了指导。
报告人简介:
Ou Tang holds a full professorship in Production Economics since 2010 at Linköping University, Sweden, where he obtained a PhD in 2000. He served as associate editor and editor in the International Journal of Production Economics since 2008, he is the past-president of the International Society for Inventory Research, and current president of the European Decision Science Institute. Ou Tang’s principal research interest is in the field of operations and supply chain management, more specifically it includes inventory modelling, manufacturing planning and control systems, closed loop supply chain management, sustainable supply chains,supply chain risk management, and China related operations management issues. He has published more than 100 scientific articles in international journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Computers and Operations Research, Omega, International Journal of Production Economics, Production and Operations Management, and others.
Ou Tang has extensive industrial experience with his research projects. As the principal investigator, he has audited and analyzed production and logistics systems, and proposed improvement suggestions in about 50 companies such as Volvo, Scania, Toyota, Siemens, Hewlett-Packard, General Electric, Ericsson, Electrolux, IKEA,Sapa, SSAB, Stora Enso, Alfa lava, Atlas Copco, SKF, among others.
